    You left out one of the best ones available.. most of those others depend on getting a 2nd mortgage and having equity.. Dream does not.

    I have updated the list to include Dream! Equity Trax is somewhat like your system. It is not dependent upon getting a 2nd mortgage, Heloc, etc… I haven’t broken down Dream yet to see which one is more cost effective. I will do an analysis, soon.
